Bosch Performance Line CX draggy

I have recently acquired a Bosch performance line CX and find it to be draggy like there is resistance to my pedalling. I find that eMTB mode is useless because it is hard to pedal, I have changed to custom modes on my NYON to overcome this. at certain rpms going up steep inclines the motor vibrates and a resonance can be felt through the pedals. In comparison the Bosch Active Line Plus is effortless quiet and smooth. Do you think I have a faulty motor? has anyone had the same experience?

I have the Bosch Performance CX motor. I have noticed a vibration/resonance that seems to happens only when I am in too low a gear with too high a level of assist. I am still relatively new to the bike and this will happen when getting ready for a steep incline. I get into the lowest gear and also a higher level of assist like Sport and I am still on the flats approaching the hill, the bike will have a vibration. When I reduce assist or go to a higher gear, the vibration goes away. It seems like it doesn't like the combination of low resistance on the cranks and a high level of assist.

I believe I have similar circumstances with a performance speed motor on my ride. When there is less resistance or torque upon the pedal, like when you reach the point of changing to a higher gear, the vibration or shuddering is felt through the pedals. Almost like chain wobble but that's not the case. My warranty end in the beginning of August so this will have to be dealt with pretty soon.
