Bosch Intuvia problem (display doesn't turn on bike)

Hello!

I have a Haibike Xduro Cross 2013. It didn't move for about two years, and then I bought it. I have the following problem: the bike does not turn on from the button that is located on the Intuvia. At the same time, if you press the button that is located on the battery, the display lights up and everything works. Switching off from the Intuvia button is normal. Also, after my trips, their data is not saved in the Intuvia, but remains old.

I wiped my Intuvia contacts with alcohol, but it didn't help... There is no firmware information in the Intuvia settings menu. It seems to me that the problem may be in the built-in battery in Intuvia.

Can anyone know what else might be the problem and how to solve it?

Thanks!

Yup, replacing the Intuvia battery should resolve your issue. There are threads like this littered everywhere, you may find a relevant post if you search for them.

Not to change the subject but does anyone know if the Purion has an internal battery and, if so, what that battery is?

I cleaned all the contacts with a special spray, but it didn't help either.
My guess is this is just like using a basic dialectic grease. Improves electrical contact, reduces future corrosion, and keeps contact area cleaner.

As I understand it, this model of Intuvia has a rechargeable battery, but I don't know where to buy it to replace...

It’s not a simple take the battery out and replace it. The battery is a flat wafer with wires that are soldered to the board. As Ravi said, lots of this on the Internet. I think even a video on YouTube about replacing that battery. If you aren’t skilled in soldering on a circuit board, then it’s not DIY for you.
