Blix Vika+ sold new in july 2021 is really a 2020?

We have been plagued with problems on our new Blix Vika+ bought in July 2021. After hours on the phone and replacement of 4 different parts dozens of written communications. Many times the take well over a week just to return a response, and sometimes never do.
Now finally I am told the last complaint is a non issue because the bike is doing what a 2020 model should do..
Has anyone else bought a Blix Vika + thinking they were ordering a 2021 model but got a 2020?

The Blix Vika+ 2021 model was released mid year (called Blix Vika+ Flex). I'm not sure of the exact timing, but it might have been just after you bought yours and you just missed it. They were having sales on the previous model version in the late summer/early fall, though that seems to be over now as its no longer listed on their site.
