We have been plagued with problems on our new Blix Vika+ bought in July 2021. After hours on the phone and replacement of 4 different parts dozens of written communications. Many times the take well over a week just to return a response, and sometimes never do.
Now finally I am told the last complaint is a non issue because the bike is doing what a 2020 model should do..
