I bought a new bionx G2 console for my ebike smart mercedes and a lock comes out on the screen and it doesn't let me use it, can someone help me how to remove the lock or what buttons should I press? thanks.

If all else fails you can wire up the motor to a new external controller, see Grin Techs video, however you lose the Bionx torque pedal assist sensor in the conversion.
