http://colobikelaw.com/coloradolaw.html Number 14 states that: "Except as authorized by section 42-4-111, the rider of an electrical assisted bicycle shall not use the electrical motor on a bike or pedestrian path." So does that mean that in Colorado you can't use the motor on your mountain bike on trails? So then what is the use of a mountain bike in Colorado?
