Bike for wife

I am looking for an ebike for my wife, she is 62 and 5'3". We will be riding together, simple, comfortable and light weight are important factors. It will be used around town and on paved trails.

For reference I have a 2015 izip dash and absolutely love it, yes it easily does 28MPH but when we ride together we are more likely going to be cruising at slower speeds. Any suggestions are welcome.

I made sure my wife has/had the same as mine. she is worth it, keeps her riding w/me more makes a great spare, when one is broken since i ride more. we used to be able to share batteries so sometimes i would have 4 batteries to use.

Where possible try to standardize on batteries, so you an your wife can swap. An additional battery will give you both an extra 50% range.
