Best prostate-protective saddle

The Spiderflex looks interesting. It seems that the sit bones sit in the cutouts. But everyone's sit bones are different distances apart. I don't see an adjustment for this?
No, there is no width adjustment on the Spiderflex. Yes, the sit bones rest in the cutouts but there is some latitude in the fit. The cutouts are 2" wide and 5.5" on center. The saddle itself is 10" wide.

Just for reference, I'm 255# with a 40 inch waist. My sit bones rest on the outer edge of the cutouts but it is still a comfortable fit for me.
