Belt drive conversion

Most belt systems can only go on bikes with special frames made specifically to have a belt. Veer can go on any bike.

Too bad they are sold out or I would try it. Anyway I sent them a message to see if they have something that would work with my Aipas M1 pro. Have you used one of them on your builds?

No, I have not. In 2019 I worked at the HQ of Mike's Bikes and Veer was a block away. I would talk to some of their people at a sandwich shop and a little Korean place. It takes very exact measurements and in my view really is for the use case of a powerful mid-drive. But it is just so much cheaper to use a super strong half-link wide single speed chain. And you can use a Nexus hub with standard cog selections. The teeth on belt cogs break and are expensive to replace.

Half link chains are not stronger... The weak and wear points are the pins and rollers not the side plates.
Their purpose is to facilitate a more exact chain legnth that is often an issue with BMX bikes.
You'd be much better off with an e_rated chain on a powerful mid_drive.
