On my standard Moscow, when the display shows 1 bar of battery left everything powers off. The display and battery leds turn off. I never get a blinking battery and the display doesn't stay on (w/ no power assist) like the manual states. The battery leds were showing 2 bars at the time. I then upgraded to the C7 display. With a full charge this display reads 51.8v (makes since because I read that the 16ah battery shows 53.8v). When the display shows 45.1v, everything powers off. No flashing battery and LCD display turned off at the same time that the power assist cut out. I read that the 16ah battery cuts out at 44v so I assumed that the 13ah would go down that far as well. I'm getting around 40 miles with a full battery. Is this normal behavior for everyone else? Thanks!

I think you are going to have to get a comparison with another US user but that is certainly not my experience with a standard Moscow on a C7 display here in Australia. Fully charged my battery shows 53.9v today (I have seen it just above 54v once) but I have also had it go down below 45v and still providing PAS but maybe that is because of the lower current controller here. Range on a full battery obvioulsy depends on a lot of factors including how much pedalling you are actually doing, how heavy/light you are, how hilly it is, the road/trail surface, tyre pressures. I usually ride on PAS 6 but spend much of my ride just above where PAS cuts out so I guess I am not using a lot of battery. I weigh around 200 lbs and ride almost exclusively on roads/concrete bike paths with my pressures up around 50 PSI. My normal commute is just under 50 miles round trip and I can easily do that without charging in between and normally have two (or even three) bars left.

Ah has no bearing on voltage. A 48V battery should charge to 54.6V at full capacity.
Mileage is dependent on many factors, weight, wind, road condition, speeds, and geography.
Low Voltage Cutout also has no relationship with Ah. The LVC is in programming, display, and/or controlled by BMS settings.
A quick update. Leon sent me a new battery. This battery charges to 53.8 volts and discharges down past 43 volts. The display stays on when the motor finally turns off and I get a flashing battery long before that. I'm getting an extra 15-20 miles in range. I would not have known I had a bad battery without upgrading to the C7 display (I have a standard Moscow). Makes me wonder how many have a bad battery.
I have the Moscow Plus. My battery also charges up to a high of 53.8 volts. It gets down to 1 bar on the display at about 45 volts and will shortly thereafter start to blink. I never let it completely discharge as I don’t want to get stuck away from home base. The lowest I let it get down to so far was 44.1 volts before recharging. I average about 47 miles on each charge. I live in a hilly area and pedal mostly on PAS 3 but will boost it to PAS 6 when going up hills. I currently have 270 miles on it now.
Once the motor turns off the blinking battery stops.
