Repairing batteries by adding new cells isn’t a good solution. Obvious in my mind, there are bad cells. BUT again controllers, at least some are actionable. Still adding new matching batteries will have different resistance levels. In my limited experience repairing has meant all new cells. Your mileage may very.

Charger works perfectly on other batteries . So if I disconnect the bms plug can I test each group of cells through the plug terminals?

hmmm.. In theory I would say yes.
But without seeing it in front of me and this being a repaired battery I don't know how anything was done
Thomas makes a good point about matching cells and in my mind repaired batteries only function in the world of YouTube
