Court you listed the battery as a 36 volt 9amp during your recent review. I thought the newer 2014 bikes, 650b, 650b jumper, Jett, all had the 12 amp hour battery?
I pointed out to him on this YouTube video and at 2 min 35 sec mark, he has put an annotation to correct it.
Also, all new 2014 models come with 12ah battery. Some Carbon and Race might not have it right now but come April, every bike should be able to accommodate it (Undercover Brother and Cali rep confirmed it).
I appreciate the heads up here guys. Thanks for the help answering this Ravi, it it's something I've been struggling with because the official website still says 36 volt 9 amp hour (even for new models like the 650b Jumper that I just posted tonight) screenshot attached.
It's tough trying to get all of the details right and I don't want to confuse people... maybe they are in between the smaller batteries and the new ones? I don't really know.
Hey Court,
I pointed out to Easy Motion guys on their Facebook page and they are going to update it.
You can see that on their FB page/posts by others.

Interesting, so will all of their 2014 bikes now get the 12 amp hour pack? For example, on models that are continued from 2013 will the battery pack switch at some point or is it just for specific models?
When I spoke to the Cali rep, I was told that all 2014 models carry 12ah. If they have 9ah, they will be named "lite".
Models like Jet, Jumper, 650B, Cross and Carbon would carry 12ah but certain models like City, Street, Volt etc will be called "lite". Screenshot attached.
Also, in this post by UndercoverBrother, he mentioned, new replacement 12ah batteries with matching colored decals will be available by April.
