Battery lock

Bought a new powerpack 400 and plugged it straight into the bike today. Now it won't unlock and come out of the rack. Help!

Whew...it was just the friction of a new battery in the holder....had to pull super hard, but have now applied a little chain oil and it slides better. Still have to pull pretty hard, but it does come off.
