Battery lock problems

A friend has a 2016 Evo 27.5 and the battery lock doesn’t work . We have tried a range of Easymotion keys without success.
Suggestions please ! Gil

As far as I know you'll have to replace the lock.

I see you're in New Zealand, it could be expensive buying from the above seller. Maybe a local dealer can help.

The lock is on the bike, not the battery. Its custom to BH.

I'd be willing to bet it's off the shelf but matching will be an adventure.
