Battery for Tongsheng TSDZ2 750w

No. I was just looking for options. But I actually talked to them this evening the guy was really helpful so I’m going with them.

FFS George. You've been putzing around for a decade and there's no reason for the sarcasm and disinformation.
NO ONE on ES is trying to fear monger. Those of us in daily contact and with scores of customer contacts weekly are on the front lines hearing and seeing the horror stories. There is a LOT to building a sane and same pack.
During the Sondors campaign (ES) mostly dissed the bike he was offering. It was pure fear mongering. Even Karl G, who is basically brilliant, had few kind words for Sondors. The Sondors bike was assembled and shipped and a lot of people were very happy.

You sold me the absolute worst battery construction system I've run across, the early Vruzend. After Jehu Garcia ripped the system a giant a-ho, and Micah wimpered, they revised it and revised it and it is an absurd system with absurd pricing. You sold me one. I think it was fraud, but I tossed it after the Garcia reviews and a futile attempt to make it work. I would never listen to anything you say about batteries. Ever.

I don't know who you represent but DIY applies to batteries and no one should go in without taking precautions. I can't try to explain LFP or procedures, it's a waste of my time and you simply have an agenda that really does not belong on a forum like this. I don't care what you say. Anyone who really wants to do DIY should build a battery, own a spot welder. They should run from the Vruzend system. Toll has decent books, from when he was a DIY guy. He's not that, anymore.

Why shouldn't I putz around. It's a free country.

Thanks for the informative post. I have also had issues with said individual. Seems to be common for many people.

You’re right what would I know.

I’m showing you mine. Wheres yours?
I dont claim to be a battery builder. I prefer to buy from respectable sellers like EM3EV or Luna which use fused cells
I liked the idea and actually ate shipping costs to share with an ungrateful few.
If all your customers are unhappy with your product, its unlikely the customers are the issue.
My original Vruzend is still working for me. But once I owned 3 different welders I retired them.

Oh well just a couple of lemmings headed for the cliff.
If they are riding ebikes with Vruzend batteries, its unlikely they will make it that far.

Customers? WTF are you on about now? I never sold Vruzend as a business or for any other business. George was friendly and curious

I ate the shipping and SHARED them discounted to get other opinions.
I used the word customer to describe someone who bought a product from you. Sorry if that doesnt meet your definition.

The term 'sharing' is so much better. How generous of you. Cotton Candy, Unicorns and Vruzend

I'll show you my 5 if you show me yours? The first was a Dolphin in 2014.
I have gone thru and currently own 11 ebike battery packs

1.) 1-36V Dolphin pack from early 2018 for a BBS02, sold it along with the BBS02.
2.) 1-48V Hailong pack for a TSDZ2 from eco-bike which bought late 2018, failed after less than 20 cycles. Gave up on the TSDZ2 anyhow
3.) 2-36V 6xxwh pack from my Brose equipped Bull Evo eMTB, first one failed after about 4k miles and was replace under warranty free of charge. (6k miles)
4.) 2-36V 500wh packs for my Brose Equipped iZip Moda E3 (I use 2 to extend range) (5k miles)
5.) 1-52V 19ah pack from my Juiced CCX (4k miles)
6.) 1-Luna 52V 13.5ah Panasonic Shark Pack, cheap internal construction(glued) but still works after 3k+ offroad/gravel miles.
7.) 1-Luna 52V 12ah Wolf Pack, wonderful fused/potted cell pack but HEAVY and the 30Q cells while powerful dont have the best range (1k miles)
8.) 1-EM3EV 52V 13.5ah super shark pack (700ish miles), wonderful fused cell pack. The Standard of DIY ebike batteries IMHO
9.) 1-EM3EV 52V 17ah Jumbo shark fused pack (initially ordered from west coast ebike shop, finally had to order directly from EM3EV)

That adds up to 11. Last I checked, 11>5

As far as DIY packs only, I count 6, last I checked 6>5

Do I need to provide pics? If your ignoring me, should I PM you? Im assuming you will post your pics first? Lets play :D

IMHO, this needs to be more about relevant information that you can share (hopefully on topic, though I'm as guilty as anyone for wandering occasionaly), and WAY less about what you know/experience level (who cares?). The quality of what you know/your experience level SHOULD be apparent in the information/ideas you share. That information should stand on it's own merit easily - without need for your qualifications.
