Battery for Ecotric 26 Fat bike

Hi, just got Ecotric 26 Fat Tire ebike on Friday. Not happy with battery life (21 miles on peddle assist mode, not throttle) but love the bike itself, for the price. Has anyone found a higher amp hour alternative battery? It's 36v 13an stock battery. Any suggestions on aftermarket battery supplier that would be cheaper than purchasing another battery from Ecotric? Thanks for any suggestions. Greg

In the facebook Ecotric user groups, owners are talking about running changes in the battery styles on some of the fatbikes. so you might want to show exactly which style battery you have. Is it the older dolphin like this?

Thanks, I'll check out Users group on Facebook. Mine is newer battery, does NOT have the button above key like one in your picture. I'll take pic and upload.

You can always splice another battery in parallel, if both batteries are charged to the same level you will have no issues( then if you were of the daring type you could upgrade the controller for a bit more grunt)
I know a lot of the "silverfish" batteries, are interchangeable one of my friends stuck the 48 v battery from my Maxhoot on His"Ecotric Dolphin", it seemed to work fine , I Do Not RECOMMEND THIS.
