Is the battery stored for part of the year? If yes, how long? At what voltage? What are the storage conditions? Temperatures?
41.8V might be the max chargeable voltage. Not unusual nor anything to worry about. Jason sells good batteries.

The battery was stored in my living room at room temperature over the winter. Was at 60%- 80% charge for about 4 months. This the second winter it was stored this way.
