Bafang 600 motor

I have a Luna babe with a bafang 600 motor.
this is what is sent to luna..
i am finding power level 1 and 2 don't do much then power level 3 WOW your off to the races. is there a way to program the power levels so 1=20%, 2=40%, 3=60%, 4=80% and 5 =100%. my friend owns Ride Smart Maui and has programed many bafang motors so he could do it if it is doable.

Unfortunately Bafang decided that for the M600 they would lock out anyone from programming it. We tried many times to have a new firmware sent to us with different power level.
On all the M600 on the market there is a big gap between level 2 and level 3.

anyone out there knows anything that luna does not know about the above.

See here for feedback from a FLX user with the M600. They seem quite happy with Bafang's tuning in PAS 1-2.

I don't know why Luna is telling you they have tried to get new firmware. I asked Luna if they would sell the BESST tool so I could flash the latest firmware. They were oblivious to there even being improved firmware and went so far as to arrogantly claim their tuning was the best. Whatever. They are so full of BS. Eventually they said they would provide BESST login to flash the latest firmware if I could obtain the BESST tool. I've been asking around trying to find someone that will sell it. FLX offers the BESST tool but won't sell it unless you bought the motor from them. I contacted CNEbikes and they replied back that they don't sell the tool despite this poster on ES indicating they obtained both motor and BESST tool from them:
