Back to the bike shop

An update to the original thread. Since I started, some of the things I've done so far:
- Restored several vintage steel framed bikes, including a Ciocc, Pinarello, and a Colnago.
- Built, updated, tuned, and upgraded a bunch of e-bikes, including several Velotrics, a Pinarello Nytro (TQ), and about a half dozen Cannondale Tesoros (BES3).
- Observed 5 fits, and did 2 with the lead observing me. I'll need to do about a dozen observed fits before I can do it alone.
- Built a dozen or so higher end analog bikes, including the Cannondale Synapse and Topstone, Pinarello Dogma and Grevil, and Orbea Terra.
- Plus all the usual stuff like tune-ups, upgrades, repairs, programming, flats, sales, etc.

The time just flies by when I'm there. It's not nirvana but I am never bored.
Very happy for you. My friend and your counterpart Gary at Cadence Cycling does more sales and less wrenching but says the same thing — happy as a clam working in a bike shop in his retirement.
