Assisted pedaling does not work

Hi, I have a haibike with a Yamaha middrive motor, the panel lights up and the walk operation works, but when I pedal the assistance doesn't work, what could it be? since the ebike is new.

Could be as simple as a bad connection at some plug. No error codes? Time to call the dealer.

The strange thing is that coming out of the box we charge the battery and the assisted pedaling does not work, we also have another one of the same brand and characteristics that when one pedales makes jumps the speed is not constant. In both they do not indicate error codes
