Are there cases when MC does not show battery cycles?

A guy I'm thinking to buy a Vado SL from has posted this picture of the Mission Control where the number of cycles is not reported.
Are there versions of the app where this info is not available at all? Or is it just a matter of changing the view or entering a menu and the battery cycles is always available?

Click on Batteria >, and there will be more details.

By the way, MC will always show the "Battery Health" as 100% even if it is not true.
