Are eBike Hub Motors Disk Brake Ready?

There’s all kinds of rear motors available complete with spokes. Are they disk brake ready? ie have the correct holes/and or ready to accept disk brakes?

If not; what is the solution?

I’m considering a rear hub motor.

Yes.
Some different brands have different spacing between axle boss (pushes against fork) and the disk mount surface. Calipers have some adjusment. But I had to file down the mount face of a caliper .012" to fit one motor.
