The 2018 caboose has been out of stock for the last two weeks so I have been looking closely at the 2017 version. I also happen to like the 2017 version better as it can fold down flat.
Has anyone tried installing the 2017 caboose on a 2018?
Additionally how have people liked the 2017 caboose in general. Is the folding flat feature usable/useful/convenient?
Extra info: My Radwagon is showing up either today or tomorrow. I plan to use it to do errands and cart around a 4 and 6 year old so need a caboose.
I contacted support and the 2018 caboose will be in stock by the end of the week. I was also informed that the 2017 version will fit but not without "the purchase of additional components and a bit of extra effort to install".
