I’m sorry for your situation and can tell you that within virus problem, everyone seem to be having difficulty getting through to the manufacturer. in the meantime try contacting a bike shop that sells them and reach out. It’s possible he can help and in turn any work that has to be done, bring it there. You came to the right place for help. The people on this site are fantastic. But, in the meantime, keep trying to contact the manufacturer with phone calls and letters. Always date and time them for recording purposes. Your last resort would be the Attorney Generals office of where the bike was sold to you. Don‘t let this turn you off altogether about ebiking. In time, you will be whole and you will love it.
