Any one know if New Yamaha PW-X motor will come to USA Market in 2017?

Yamaha PW-X smaller, lighter and more powerful motor I read will be in EU will it be coming To USA ?

looks really nice and love the new display. crossing my fingers that they are smart with the battery and make it not only with the same form factor, but to be backwards compatible as well...by the look of it that is a promising thought. would love the extra 100wh and to be able to swap between bikes.

The new battery is backward compatible with the older engines. I read it somewhere but can't find the link.

That makes the most sense! Reading more about it and watching the promo video it looks very nice. No doubt it'll be here in the US, seems like it is just going to replace the existing motor, at least for haibike.

I'll have to start saving for it next. Time for another day trip!
