Hello all. I'm getting ready to get my second e bike as my experience with my first has been a really positive experience. I got my first from aventon and have had a great experience with this company through out. I would stay with them but now that I know I like e biking I would like a more mountain trail capable bike in the 3k range. I was looking at the flx f5 trail it seemed like a good fit, but after reading reviews of the company and their customer service I am now looking for a different option. Does anyone have any recommendations for me to look at ? Customer service is important to me. Thank you for any response.
