If so, what dropperpost would be easyest to fit in?
Allmtn 5.0 can a dropperpost be mounted?

You can get drop posts that are wired to the top of the post (or the point at which the dropper action happens) on the outside of the frame if needed - it looks like you'll be able to thread the cable through the top tube, but I'm not sure if it can be wired up through inside the main frame to the post for the full stealth look (not without seeing more pictures of the bike!)
