I have a Rad Rhino (EU version of the Rover). I was looking at ways to extend my range (I even looked into generators but I gave up this solution because of the noise). Easiest way to achieve more range would be to add an extra battery.

I was looking at Bolton triangle battery pack but he won't be able to ship batteries overseas, so I was aiming at buying another battery with a XT90 connector and get the Rad battery controller adapter connector from Bolton ebikes :

I guess this one should work as good as the one showed in Bolton's video when he is putting his new triangle battery.

I think this is all I would need. I'm looking to upgrade towards a 48v 20 battery since my goal is to extend my range, not necessarely going faster.

I ended up just getting a third Rad battery for my two 16 Radrover:
- plug and play, no splicing, full warranty
- 2X the longevity since I rotate the batteries in/out monthly, still feel like I haven't lost that much range after +7000 miles between both ebikes
- extra battery fits in my Topeak MTX DXP bag when needed
- save weight because I only take it when needed (or put the extra battery in the wife's rack bag since she is 150 lighter than me)

Thought of that, the price seems a bit steep (you do get the warranty perk though).
