Hi, and thanks for accepting me. I'm a keen cyclist, always have been, and usually maintain my own bikes. A year and a half ago I developed symptoms of angina and was banned from cycling for almost a year while I was on a waiting list for a 4x Cardia by-pass operation. During this period I used (and enjoyed) my Ribble Urban ALe step-through bike.
I've now had the operation and no longer suffer from angina problems and I can and do ride my other bike (a Ribble Audax). I also maintain bikes for my wife and my daughter which include an ICE Adventure trike, a Ribble Hybrid ALe and a Specialized Vado SL4.
But I find the hardest job is replacing the heavy rear wheel of my Ribble Urban ALe!!
