Velotric warranty

Seems to be a lot of bad news these day, I wanted to give a shoutout to Velotric. About 3 months ago I bought a bike from them for my nephew, he was riding a really old bike to work every day , about 12 miles round trip, everything was fine for 3 months, one day the display went black, emailed them, they sent another display, it also didn’t work. I thought then that I would have to take it to a selling dealer(50+miles).
To my surprise they shipped me a new bike in three days, assembled the new one packed the old one and shipped it back, all at no cost to me….. great customer service
 
@Seventysomething, What is the model of the bike? I work for a Velotric dealer. Their response is impressive. Some brands will not respond to a call, such as CyberBike which we have repletely called on a dud bike.

The model is T1ST, to me a good quality bike for the price and components, a smooth ride with the torque sensor. I’m also impressed with their after sale customer service, bike shipped to New Jersey, customer service said they would find out what was wrong with it. I think if they had a mid drive model it would do very well
