Is a 2013 iZip E3 Metro worth rehabbing?

I found this at the dump today... Don't have a charger for it and not sure if the battery can be replaced. Any thoughts on whether this bike is worth rehabbing? Everything works except for the motor since the battery is dead.

The bike is long gone. The replacement battery was over $600 so I didn't adopt the bike. Good luck finding parts...
