We just joined and are proud owners of 2 Rize City bikes
Bought new in 2021 and enjoying the winter in Arizona away from our home town of Amherstburg Ont
I have developed a serious creaking sound in my handle bars and looking for suggestions to remedy
Hoping it may just need some grease on the bearings

Oh, maybe take a look at the Rize thread, and see if anyone else has experienced your issue?

I have two recommendations. Check with other bicyclists in the area. The sound mostly likely isn't an elelctric issue. The second is to check out a local bicycle co-op. When I have a non-elelctric issues with my bike, I talk to other bikers. I have taken my bike to a couple of shops for non-electric issues..
