Aurora Power Curve.

I can't seem to get much power in level 1 or 2 on my Aurora LS (manual shift) . I want exercise when I ride but... I shouldn't have to go to level 3 or 4 to cruise at a comfortable cadence . What's going on ??

I too have Aurora LS. I'd contact customer support, as I have plenty of power on levels 1 and 2. I rarely go to 3 or 4,5. I do wish the cadence was slower! I find it too easy! Maybe because it's my 1st e-bike?? Maybe they're all like that. I don't feel as much "resistance" as I would like. Maybe I'll get used to it. I think I would prefer the manual shift CVT vs. the automatic, as the price difference isn't justifiable IMO.
