Mokwheel Basalt Handlebar

Hi folks, I recently bought a Mokwheel Basalt ST and I'd like to change the handlebar to one with a higher rise for a more upright riding position. Every handlebar I look at has an end diameter of 22.2mm and the handlebar on the bike has an 18mm diameter. I'm concerned that the brake levers, shifter and grips will not fit on a 22.2mm bar. Has anyone successfully changed their handlebar on this bike? Thank you.
