Battery reads full but doesn't turn on, Endeavor with impulse motor. Bike works with battery from similar bike. BMS? Reboot?

We have 2 identical Endeavors with Impulse motor. My battery reads full but bike doesn't turn on, Bike works with other bike's battery. His bike doesn't work with my battery either. Is it a BMS problem? Is there a way to reboot? Any help appreciated.

Figured it out - SIMPLE solution... hold down the button on the battery for 15 seconds. Bingo! Reboot! - just like a computer. Hope she's good for another 5 years - love my red bike!
