3rd party source of compatible parts

Anyone know of online sources of replacement parts? I know Letric will provide some, but I am looking for a 3rd party source for things like motor, brake, and chain related compatible parts.

Anything bicycle specific can be found on Amazon and or your local bike shop, chain, brake pads. Only the electrical parts are a little challenging but really not necessary from 3rd party since Lectric hasn't been gouging customers for those parts and are even pretty liberal with the warranty. I damaged the discharge connector and they sent a replacement at no charge. AliExpress has everything but it is a challenge to figure out what is compatible without a good understanding of ebikes. You can hunt around this forum for member links to different parts as well.

Well, I ask for two different reasons:
1. Most people are inside warranty. After warranty, it would be nice to know there were 3rd party sources for all parts.
2. I don't actually own a Lectric bike. ;) I own a bike with the same frame, controller, and display, made by an OEM. Probably the same OEM who makes Lectric.

People have told me to go to Amazon, but, it has not been easy seeing if a part is actually compatible. Especially regarding something like controller and display.
I also read about a situation where the spoke size was not common, and it took someone a long time finding a source. Leading to - what I am desperately trying to avoid - long bike down time. I am loving my riding every day, and I don't want it to come to an end.

Amazon is only good for bicycle parts. All electronics are available through AliExpress, battery, controller, motor or motor/wheel assembly, connectors, etc. Just may take awhile coming from China. If you put in the brand of bike you have and part name it is likely to come up. I usually have to use one of the generic brand names and a few attempts to get something to come up. I'll try to post part links on this thread. They don't necessarily last long due to supply chain issues but it will give you a good idea the common names of various parts.

YouTube is a great source to learn how to service the "bicycle parts" of your ebike. Search "Park Tool" to learn all adjustments, spoke replacement, brake pads, cables, gears, freewheel replacement, chain, etc …

For ebike diy just search "ebike" then name the part, motor, controller, display, battery, throttle etc

Ebike rated spokes. You will need to measure your spoke thickness (Harbor Freight digital caliper tool). Measure length from the bend, past the threads to the very tip as well so you have thickness and length in millimeters.
