If you read my earlier post this is the update of the issue.
After being in the bike shop for 4 weeks with no one seeming to know what the problem was... it turned out to be a faulty connected in the extension lead for the IWOC to motor area.
hoping this helps anyone in the future.... according to Rocky Mountain, ‘have never come across this before with any of our bikes’
