I'm having as much fun and riding a lot more compared to when I just had my regular 700X40C commuter bike. I have the same Topeak rack and bag on my rover along with the same front fender. I get pretty good protection from the rear because of the Topeak rack system. I mainly got the front fender because of my Saris platform rack secures on top of the tires and I do occasionally run over doggy and horse poo on the trails.

At 5:28 in the video, how did you secure the water bottle holder to the Topeak rack?

Water bottle attached with plastic ties, but I had to make sure I found an anchor point at the top to keep it from swinging and falling. It's actually a nice spot. Filed down sharp edges of zip ties for safety.
