To answer my own question, Propel's YouTube review of this bike informs us that it's a narrow, RackTime carrier, with a 22 kg, or 44 pound suggested weight capacity, which I think refers specifically to the rack. I would still like to find out if the method of attaching the rack to the fender/mudguard comes with it's own weight restriction (ie more or less than the rack itself)? Apparently there is also a wide version of this rack. I would be interested in finding out if it is also compatible with this bike.
