Bike #1. Ecotric Hammer $1000
This bike is too big for me. I only rode about 200 miles so it looks new because it (almost) is. It comes in one size only so you need to be over 5' 9". It's the UL version with the 750 watt motor which gives it lots of power with good range. The top speed under power alone is about 28 mph. Front forks, fat tires and a seat post shock combine to give it a very cushy ride. It has never been off road or ridden in the rain. The frames are all one color but mine has the blue rims. All the stats are on the Ecotric website.
Bike #2 Custom Converted Specialized Crosstrail
I converted this one because the Ecotric was too big. It's a fast one, about 36 mph on just the motor. My longest ride was 74.8 miles!!!! It's a medium sized frame Specialized Crosstrail that I converted to an eBike last summer. It has the powerful Bafang 52 Volt mid drive motor, big 52 volt 17.4 amp hour Whale Shark battery, brake sensors which pause the motor while your braking and the gear sensor which pause the motor when you shift and the expensive full color display. I also have the optional smart charger which will charge to 80, 90 or 100%. The bike weighs about 58 pounds with about 12.5 # being the big battery. I've had the bike for about 7 years before the conversion and have ridden it all over including single track. It's a crossover bike with front fork shocks but with a little skinnier tires than a mountain bike. It does well in just about everything except the super steeps or soft stuff. It is used but not abused. I replaced the chain and gears and rebuilt the rear hub this summer and the hub bearings the year before. The bike comes with fenders, rear brake light, rear view mirror and kickstand. The brakes were checked by the shop at that time and they get a thumbs up. Also included is a fantastic Topeak rack and pannier bag. The bag and rack have a track so you can just slide the bag off in seconds. The panniers tuck up into the top pack if you aren't using them. I'll knock $100 off if you don't want them but trust me you do.
I'm moving in a few months and decided to lighten my load so that's why the bikes are for sale. Bobber 206 536-6181
