I hope you got it resolved. In my case the display had been programmed wrong and they sent me a new one which works perfectly. I'd suggest you ask them if it's still an issue. I found em customer service was excellent. Good luck!

Yes thx. Both issues have been resolved. The throttle was disconnected inside under the battery where it attaches to head to the rear wheel (they had sent a new throttle and that didn't work either. Then they sent the store the wiring configuration and had them check it out and they found...

Thx but is that how to get the km to miles... to change the tire size? The size is set on6 which is right. The display is reporting distances and speeds which equate to km.

I just got the street and am having the same issue. It seems to be giving the equivalent of kilometers even though it says miles. I wonder if some were European models and set for kilometers.mif so is there a way to change it? Or how to adjust by tire size?

How do you change from km to miles? While it says it's calculating moles, the distance is actually km as I know how far I'm going. Same with mph. Odd. The wheel size is correct.
