The tires that come standard on the Levo will cause a lot of drag when ridden on pavement. They will also wear out quickly riding them on pavement. If I was going to use a Levo for both mountain biking and for pavement/mild offroad. I would buy a second wheelset and mount general purpose...
Lots of variables depending on the specific tires involved but going from a heavier 50mm gravel tire with small knobs to a 38mm smooth tread tire using higher tire pressure, my range improved 5 to 10% on pavement.
