I checked the connectors and everything looks good. When I spin the wheel, the Ha blue and the Hc yellow lights flash. The Hb green light does not. The XA blue, the XB green and the XC yellow all light up when I spin the wheel a little faster. So the windings are good but I have a bad hall...

I will check the hall sensors again and let you know what I find. The motor plugs into the controller with a flat plug. I made an adaptor.

I'm still having connection problems but I can't pinpoint the problem. I think there is more than just one bad one. I wonder if its because I used the cheapest connectors I could find on aliexpress. I did not solder the blades to the wires, just crimped. Some of the wire is aluminum, I think...

The colors match but while I was there, I decided to check the continuity of the adapter I made for the 2x6 to flat 6 connector. I found that some of the connections are not good. I will repair the adapter and see what happens.

The brake icons are coming on now. I've tried to run the bike with detached brake sensors and no change. The walk mode icon comes on now but wheel still does not spin.

Everything else seems to match up. The display is powering up normally. I will try switching the wires tomorrow. Fingers crossed that will work. If it doesn't, I will have to get a controller directly from BPM, I guess. Thx for your advice.

The "correct controller" is expensive (CAD $280). I'm trying to avoid buying that one but its looking like I'm going to have to bite the bullet unless I hear something different here soon. Thx.
