Currently my ST2 is completely dead. I pulled the battery out, waited 1 hr, put the batter back in, nothing, will not power at all. The battery is 100% charged since I was charging it out of the bike. Has anyone seen this? I've tried removing the batt numerous times to see if that helps...

agree with you about wishing they would get their current products final before cranking out new stuff! my commute is 25 miles one way, 50 miles round trip, so assist levels are critical. i could never do my round trip commute in l3 so i'm always hoping l2 won't be so strong! :)

Is there some special procedure to get the right amount of preload? The shop tightened it but didn't look like anything special. They didn't check any bearings. There's no play in the head end. The shimmy is bad. Appreciate you chiming in.

I am getting a very bad shake and shimmy when i take my hands off the handlebars for just a brief moment (like adjusting my gloves, etc...). It hits hard when i hit 15mph and higher. It wasnt an issue when i first got the bike and have since put about 500 miles on it when that shimmy started...

i dont have a drop in signal and i have the "G" on my screen... but i'm afraid i am on an old firmware. i've never seen the bike prompt me for a firmware update and i believe there was something pushed out on Aug 9? i never got that. :(

quick update... i removed the app off my iphone, went in to the app store and reinstalled it. went through the login process and now the app is working again. weird.
