I have just unboxed and set up my new Orbea Urrun 40, connected the battery charger, but nothing comes up on the display. There were no instructions in the box…. Help please!

I got back from a 40k ride today having used the mahle motor on eco just for a few hills. When I checked the battery on the Mahle app it gave 73% battery but zero range! How can that be? Is it something to do with Motormaps, which I’ve heard mentioned but know nothing about!

I have recently bought a Lapierre e sensium 2.2 and am loving it! I use the motor just on eco mode to get me up the hills without aggravating a chronic tendonitis problem. I am now able to join my husband on our favourite rides for the first time in ages!
