Welcome Lee & Debbie, I just picked up a Creo 2 a few weeks before the snows came, almost dialed in, but only put 150 miles on it. The Creo sure is smooth and is a joy to ride compared to the 54 pound bike that I've had for years. I ordered a Vado SL 4.0 at the same time for my wife, she loves...

    Whizzbang Treat Alert W/Video

Garmin varia has a model that records video for threats from the rear, maybe a go pro for the front?

    19.5 mph top speed

Hi Joe, if you try to bypass the max speed with a third party dongle software you will void the warranty. Best advice is to sell your bike and buy one that has a max speed that suits your desires. The shop that you bought it from may take it on trade in or sell it for you on consignment. Going...

Greetings from a new member in...Zambia

Welcome Dino! Wow, what an exciting place to ride and on an excellent bike. You might consider setting up tubeless, this should help immensely if you are dealing with thorns.

No shame Stefan, at least you are out there doing it, and doing it a whole lot better than I ever could!

Dave, sorry to read about your crash, but on the bright side your Garmin only thinks your 65 1/2 years old🙂. Crashing at our age (I hit 68 in July) is not a lot of fun. It’s been 5 weeks since I went down hard and I still have a sore shoulder and some sore fingers. I had vital circulatory fluid...

    New Creo2

I looked at the link for the remote and it shows compatibility with the Creo SL but doesn't show Creo 2, might fit, i'd have to check with LBS if I decide to go flat bar. Thank you Allan for sharing your experience and suggestions.

Couple of odd things I have ridden by a couple of years ago, just stumbled across pictures when I was looking for something else. The septic pumper was in my hometown. While riding in Kona I came across this unique bike, guess those Hawaiians can’t afford carbon fiber so they go with wood fiber...

    New Creo2

Thanks for the information on the conversion Allan. I thought the 1.2 was slightly different physically (maybe wiring harnesses also) from the 1.1, so Vado remote may not be compatible. Although I think the Levo SL uses the 1.2 so maybe that remote might be plug and play if the wiring is long...

    New Creo2

Yes I have considered doing this, brakes and shifters look easy enough, but not sure how to address the power assist selector, looks like you used one from a Vado?

    New Creo2

Thank you Jeremy, yes I too would prefer a flat bar bike, but the 15 nm difference was the deciding factor with my diminished physical condition. I'm sure Specialized will eventually put the 1.2 motor in the Vado SL, but unfortunately my timeline doesn't offer the luxury of waiting for this. I...

    New Creo2

A few photos of my new Creo2 that I have had for a few weeks. I have not ridden a drop bar bike much in the last 20 years so it has taken me a few rides to get used to it again. I love the light weight and power of this bike, I was a little concerned with my muscle issues that I would struggle...

I'm in Anchorage, Alaska. I can usually start riding outside the first week of May and it is pretty much over after the first week in October.
