Schwalbe Super Moto-X 20x2.80"? Been using these for years now

Some more input: normal functional motor has a "click" when stop peddling, some kind of freewheel clutch? the malfunctional motor lacks it, could it be some mechanical failure? Anyone have a service manual for Bosch motors?

Tested without chain and speed sensor unplugged, still same bug. The bosch system was updated last November

Yes, but as but as the motor more than 2 years old its out of warranty. Only to analyse will cost more than 100 USD. I can get an new from ebay for +300USD. There no spare parts anywhere for the Bosch motors, only bearing kits

Its out of warranty so i guess its a new motor from ebay then. Bit disturbing that my other bike with same type of motor start to act the same. Never had these issues with other e-bikes so start to wonder if the gen3 performance is flawed.

Wheel rotates, its just behaving as an thumb gas. The motor drives the cranks with full force, pretty scary first time it occurred.

I have a strange issue with 2 bikes, both with Gen 3 performance motors. Both be running some 2k kilometres. The torque sensor is hyper sensitive, have a look at the video (in the attached zip) Any ideas on what can be the reason?

The Nexus 5e IHG seems very fragile, i am on the 2nd unit and its starting to fail, 2nd gear is very noisy.

Some stems has an extra bolt below, under the stem.

Went back to rigid stock fork, got the new 70 mm wide moto x and no real need for front suspension anymore

Ended up swapping fork, Suntour XCM-JR-AIR-SL fits perfect, need to extend tube by 50-100 mm tho

I like to change to new dampened stem, i guess i need to change fork for this? Edit, i cut of top of the stem and installed a Redshift shockstop. Much softer ride. Swapped the balloon tyres to Schwalbe marathon plus 1,75". Had to shim the fenders as the marathon has smaller diameter. I guess...

I will get the motor next week and take some pics of the install.

I bought one gen 3 performance motor, its brand new with latest firmware installed. I guess i need to add proper wheel size in an shop. But as battery's and the purion is general it should work out of box?

Will a gen2 motor fit a gen 3 E-bike or did Bosch change the mount from gen 2 to 3?

I have an Scott sub e-bike with worn motor (gen 3) and i like to upgrade to an performance line (gen 3) motor. The bolt pattern is the same, but will the firmwares mess up the upgrade?
