I love precautions, so I can only thank you more. I've seen a pictogram for the locking of the plug, but didn't know about the RE locking system. You probably saved me some trouble.

I'll get the 220mm and the zee cage (left!) asap at my LBS. 55€ should do it.

Alright, thanks for the clarification. Edit: I'm a stupid ass, the RE cable isn't that expensive. It's the Y recharge cable that costs a bit.

I wonder, where do you usually put the RE? On the main tube, or vertically on the center one? Aero wise, would it make a difference?

I usually don't use the assistance on flat road (I just have to get on the handle bar extensions to render the assistance useless as I go above 25km/h quite easily), maybe eco/sport mode with a strong headwind and a need to hurry. I tend to mainly use it for going uphill and being on par with my...

I had bought yet until a few seconds. It should arrive next week :) The cage is around 20€ from what I found. Quite decent (especially for a specialized item XD). Yeah, I figured I could easily find a substitute for the rubber. I've recently got my suspension stem from Redshift and tried your...

It It doesn't seem the rubber band is included, nor is the cage. If I finally purchase it, I'll probably try to get my hand on a Y cable indeed.

Thanks for the warning! I'm lurking on a second hand range extender. 250€ but the owner claims he already accomplished 16 charge cycles. Do you think it's a good deal? Should I avoid buying one not brand new? Thanks in advance for your insights!

Damn, it's super classy in black! Thanks for sharing. The frame surely looks quite smaller.

I do have an SL one, L sized. I find the triangle of the frame quite decent. Yeah, the downtube will require some tweaks for sure. Could you please share pictures of your setup? Here are the measures I took with some cardboard. I know the 14L version of the apidura frame bag exceeds them...

Hello Vado people :) Because I usually can't trust myself, I'd like to make sure I got this right. I'm planning on getting a full frame bag for bikepacking and was kinda interested in the apidura one. With the shown figures in here (https://www.apidura.com/shop/expedition-full-frame-pack/) it...

The last I got brought a battery saving option when charging your bike. It stops charging when reaching 80% to preserve the lifespan of the battery, but will do a full charge every 10 charges.

What do you mean by slamming? Thank you guys, really helpful insights and tips. I'll fool around with the handlebar level once I'll get a redshift stem :)

Could the saddle position on the seat post be enough to compensate an potentially too long stem? I'm really a noob in terms of position and frame geometry (and a lot of other stuff haha).

I'm 173cm too but I got a L sized Vado. I like the prospect of having a more aero position. Is the -6 position only for aero sakes?

It's 4cm more than the original stem on the Vado SL. How does that affect posture? Negligeable? Thanks a lot Stefan. I'm pissed at myself as I dismissed a lot of very good deals over the last months...

What a dumbass I am. So I only need the standard version of the stem (1-1/8")?

How much do you think the fork and future shock system cost? Couldn't find any price on Specialized website. I guess that if the difference between the 4.0 and 5.0 is around 1000€, it's something close to that. Again, I just want to expand the capabilities. But of course, there are various...
