Hi all, Anyone ever went through the process of greasing the front fork/suspension on the Milano? I have a Suntour 28 but there are no greasing hole. I found this video but it lokks like an overkill to grease the fork.

You probably can change model but I would start looking onto Shimano's site to see if there are equivalents to your own model. Possibly a higher quality product/model. You can write them and ask.

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Hi Sandro, A loose crank is definitely an issue that needs to be fixed. I am not familiar with the pas sensor but it most likely magnetic and it makes sense that it would be affected by a loose crank. Tolerance is probably in millimeters. I've not read all your post but to isolate the problem...

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Hi thanks for both your replies, I beleive both of you are right. I took a second look and I could not see any notches inside the gears assembly so I went in with a small screwdriver and voilà I can definetly feel the notches inside. I then took my very powerful bike light and I can see what I...

Hi there, thanks for the tip. I just consulted my trusted friend, Calvin Jones from park tools https://www.parktool.com/en-us/blog/repair-help/determining-cassette-freewheel-type and I understand the required tool is an HCW-17 or someting like it.

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Hi all, just updating on my fidings while searching for a 27.5 x 1.9mm 36 HOLES/SPOKES rim. You can see on picks 1 an 2 the new rim is larger than the old one. In fact the old rim fits right into the old rim. I tried returning the larger rim to Amego and have it replaced by the proper size but...

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Hi there thanks for the tip, you're right this is very narrow for an e-bike. The cliffhanger would be a good size for the Moscow but this is a bit large for the Milano (1.9mm). So basically, 27.5 x 1.9mm 36(HOLES-SPOKES)

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Hi all, I am currently looking for a NCM Milano rim to replace badly dented rim on a 27.5 inch bike. 26 inch are easy to find but 27.5, I have not found except to buy the complete rim-motor assembly. I might have to go with the full asse mbly if I can't fim the rim only. Of course the cost is...

    Winter Sucks

This is what the tires are rated for. When riding on hard packed snow there are no problems, but when riding on loose snow over 2 centimeters the rear tire tends to sink in but never enough to hit the hard surface so the ride becomes unstable. That's why I beleive a fat bike would be a better...

    Winter Sucks

Winter tires for bicycles are good in 1-2 centimeters of snow. I've used Schwalbe Spike Pro for a couple of winters now and you need to slow down if you see snow deeper that 1 or 2 centimeters. If you intend on riding in thicker snow conditions, fatbikes are a better bet, I beleive.

    Winter Sucks

I've been shopping for a e-bike winter helmet for a few days now. What I see is most helmets for winter biking are poorly insulated and not designed for e-biking but more for regular biking where ventilation is important. So many recommendations turn to ski/snowborad. The issue with this is that...
