Has anyone gone from the 48v 12.8ah to the 52v 19.2ah on the CCS?

I'd like to see one of those batteries actually on a bike and not just the stock photos. I'm not sure (I doubt honestly, but I've been wrong a few times) that EMP even stocks any of their batteries the way you see on their site. I'm gonna guess they order from China and do all the assembling on...

    CCX intermittent power

Can you give us any details at all to what the problem was and how it was fixed? What information in the thread is incorrect? Let people know so they can be educated about the issue. It helps a bunch.

Charging to 80% without a Satiator

I've had my CCS for over a year and have over 2,000 miles on it. I charge until full and go until about 20% (42V on display) and have had no issues at all. I'm about 155 lbs and always get 30-35 miles per charge. That's going an average of 20-25 mph using different modes the whole time and light...

    52V CCX / RCS - Will generic 48V "Dorado +" battery work?

From photos it looks like your Biktrix has the longer version of the Dorado battery.

    To "Juice" or not ?

It's most likely coming. I've noticed a few companies who have used the same Reention setup as Juiced have switched over to a full integrated battery. FLX and M2S for example. Looking at Reentions website they have added a couple new "inner battery" cases to the list. This one here uses 52...

    Should I keep the box?

Yes. When I moved cross country I had a hard time finding a box big enough and strong enough to carry the bike. All my LBS had boxes, but none that would fit my CCS. I ended up having a box custom made from a shipping company. Cost me money. Hide the box under the bed or in a closet.

Known Issues & Problems with Juiced Bikes Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Interesting find. I notice my old CC has the spokes all on one side and my CCS has them alternating. I personally have never had a spoke break on either of the bikes (even though the original CC was a spoke eating machine to many). Each have a few thousand miles on them. I'm not a big guy at all...

    Non Juiced brand battery purchase

That battery is too long to fit the CC frame. **Disregard. I noticed it is the 440L, but I'd confirm.

    Non Juiced brand battery purchase

Keep in mind these Dorado batteries come in different lengths. Juiced frame uses the shorter one. Largest I found in the proper length was 13ah. That was through many vendors on alibaba

Some CCX vs Old CC Observations

Did the rear light come upside down? I have a CCS and the same light.

Cross Current S LCD Display + Controller Upgrade for original Cross Current

It is night and day between the CC and CCS. You should get yourself the headlight. The CCS controller has the wire ready to go. Doesn't suck up much power and runs right off the main battery.

    Alternative batteries.

The connector that comes from the controller is an XT60 connector. If you remove the battery locking mechanism from the frame you can then plug in a different battery. It wouldn't be as nicely integrated, but I'm sure can be done. Something like a triangle pack would probably work. Juiced has...

New 2019 RipCurrent 52V ebike is out. Anyone has a review on it?

LCD connects to a splitter cable that has the brake cutoffs and throttle on the same splitter. The splitter cable that connects directly to the controller has 10 pins in it. I have an old class 2 display from my original CC and see the same 5 pins setup as is on the LCD display. I cut open the...

New 2019 RipCurrent 52V ebike is out. Anyone has a review on it?

Take a peek at the connector from your bike and compare the pins to the one thats on the programming cable. They're not the same orientation.

New 2019 RipCurrent 52V ebike is out. Anyone has a review on it?

I think the pins on the display wire are different than the connectors on the plug. The Juiced display cable is 5 pins but in a shape of a 5 on a dice ( one pin in top left, bottom let, top right, bottom right, and center) I THINK the wire there might be the 5 pin connector that is more rounded...

    DIY 52V battery pack?

The standard batteries on the Juiced bikes have a length of 440 mm. Some of those other batteries by Dorado have a length just a little longer like these which are 458 mm. (Link Removed - No Longer Exists) That's the battery that comes with the crosscurrent. You can see the other...

Has anyone gone from the 48v 12.8ah to the 52v 19.2ah on the CCS?

I hope Juiced starts to offer different options for the 52v. I'd like to take advantage of the extra pep you can get from the extra voltage. I don't necessarily need a 19 amp hour 52 volt. I'dd be content with a 52 volt 17 amp hour or even a 15. I can squeeze 35-40 miles out of my 48v 12.8...
