I had no issues. I keep my tire pressure between 55 to 60psi with my stock tires. Then again, most of my rides are on smooth asphalt.

I am on the heavy side which may be a factor in speed. On the website, Magnum says 28mph with a range of 30 to 60 miles. However, for me, real-world top speed is 24mph with a range of 40+ miles if I stay on PAS level 1.

Have you checked out Magnum bikes? My magnum bike is 500W and it's plenty (non-fat tire kind). I am a 6'2" 250lb guy and I can get around just fine with 500W. Why do you need 750W? You need fenders? lights? rack?

I agree that the no Motor Vehicles allowed means cars, mopeds and motorcycles *OR* anything that runs on gasoline.
